Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State- respondents.
The only prayer in this writ petition is that the petitioner had applied for licence on 14.7.2018 under the U.P.Establishment & Regulation of Saw Mills (6th Amendment) Rules, 2017 for establishing a Saw Mill in On line E-Format before the State Level Committee constituted in this behalf arrayed as respondent no.5 to the writ petition, which application is stated to be still pending and no orders have been passed either rejecting or accepting the claim of the petitioner.
The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no.5 that in case the petitioner fulfils the criteria and her application in E-Format is a valid application, her claim for grant of license be considered and decided in accordance with law, as far as possible, within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is presented before it.
