The petitioner has preferred this appeal against the order dated 18.09.2018 passed by the office of the Regional Transport Officer, Aligarh.
The petitioner against the said order has a remedy of filing an appeal under Section 18 of the U.P. Motor Vehicles Taxation Rules, 1998 .
In view of the remedy so available to the petitioner, we are not inclined to exercise our discretionary jurisdiction.
The writ petition is dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.
