Heard Mr. Satendra Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A. for the State.
This correction application has been filed seeking correction in the order dated 14.11.2018.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the fourth line of the fourth paragraph of the order dated 14.11.2018, Section 323 has been left from being transcribed. He therefore, submits that the aforesaid mistake occurring in the order dated 14.11.2018 be corrected accordingly.
Prayer made for is bonafide. Accordingly, the same is allowed.
After the figure 304B in the fourth line of the fourth paragraph of the order dated 14.11.2018, the figure 323 shall be added.
This correction shall form part of the earlier order dated 14.11.2018.
With the aforesaid directions, the present correction application stands finally disposed of.
