This petition has been filed by the petitioners with a prayer that a suitable direction may be issued to the police authority not to harass the petitioners in pursuance of the warrant of arrest issued in the name of dead person namely Sonu who is brother of petitioner No. 1 to 4 and son of petitioner No. 5 of case crime No. 152 of 2013 under sections 376, 323, 506 IPC, P.S. Pisawan, District Sitapur.
From the perusal of the record it appears that this petition has been filed by the petitioners without having any substance. The relief sought in this petition is misconceived.
Accordingly it is dismissed.
