In the order dated 1.10.2018 the particulars of the case has wrongly been typed as 'FIRST APPEAL No. 65 of 2018 Anand Prakash Vs. Rajni Bala' in place of 'FIRST APPEAL No. 65 of 2017 Sushil T. Williams Vs. Smt. Kakoli Williams', therefore, the particulars of the case be read as 'FIRST APPEAL No. 65 of 2017 Sushil T. Williams Vs. Smt. Kakoli Williams'.
Office is directed to supply a corrected certified copy of this order to the learned counsel for the appellant.
