Heard learned counsel for the applicant and perused the record.
This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed on behalf of the applicant with a prayer to direct the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Room No.8, District Allahabad to decide the Complaint Case No. 939/2016, under Sections 406, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station- Dhumanganj, District- Allahabad.
In view of the prayer so made, the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Room No.8, District Allahabad is directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously, strictly in accordance with law without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties.
With the aforesaid direction, the instant application stands disposed of.
