The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for a direction upon respondent no.3 to conclude the proceedings of Case No.4196 of 2018 Computerized Case No.T201802030404196 (Sushil Kumar s. Smt. Meera Devi), pending under Section 35 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, with the consent of the parties, the matter is being disposed of at this stage without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon respondent no.3-Tehsildar, Handia, Prayagraj to conclude the proceedings of Case No.4196 of 2018 Computerized Case No.T201802030404196 (Sushil Kumar s. Smt. Meera Devi), pending under Section 35 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, if there is no legal impediment and after hearing all the concerned parties, strictly in accordance with law by reasoned and speaking order, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of copy of this order, downloaded from the official website of Allahabad High Court.
