Ref: Civil Misc. Review Application No. 3 of 2018 Heard Sri Ram Raj Prajapati, learned for the applicants.
This is an application for reviewing the order dated 18.8.2018 whereby the writ petition filed by the petitioners was dismissed. The review was filed on the ground which were never raised in the writ petition.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for applicants that he has received the map after the judgment passed by this Court and therefore, order dated 18.8.2018 may be reviewed.
I have considered the argument as raised by the learned counsel for applicants and is of opinion there is no error apparent face on record in the judgment and order passed by this Court.
The review application is totally misconceived and is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
