Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Although the writ petition challenges an order of transfer and the Court notes that the petitioner has remained posted at Allahabad since 2007, learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the ends of justice would merit the second respondent being directed to examine the personal difficulties of the petitioner and consider whether the order of transfer would merit review.
Learned Standing Counsel representing the second respondent states that subject to the petitioner joining the place of posting and continuing to work there, in case any representation is submitted within two weeks from today along with a duly authenticated copy of this order highlighting the personal difficulties that are likely to be faced by him, the same shall be examined and a final decision in respect thereof communicated with expedition and preferably within a period of one month month therefrom.
Accordingly, this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement noted above.
