Petitioner is posted at Chitrakoot and his wife is working at Prayagraj. It is contended that the petitioner's aged parents are living at Prayagraj, who requires regular medical treatment being ill. Petitioner, in terms of the Government Order dated 28.5.2019, has moved an application for his transfer from Chitrakoot to Prayagraj but no decision has been taken hence, this petition.
Learned Standing Counsel states that an appropriate decision would be taken by the authority concerned, in accordance with law.
In that view of the matter, this petition stands disposed of permitting petitioner to represent his grievance before the respondent no. 2, annexing therewith all materials in support of his claim together with copy of the Government Oder dated 28.5.2019 alongwith copy of this order, within a period of three weeks from today. The respondent no.2 shall examine petitioner's claim in accordance with the applicable Government Orders and shall pass necessary orders, in accordance with law, within a further period of two months, thereafter.
