When confronted with the observation that this writ petition is in the nature of public interest litigation and not cognizable before this Bench and is also not in prescribed format according to the rules, learned counsel for the petitioner sought leave of the Court to permit him withdrawal of the petition with liberty to file a public interest litigation before appropriate Court in a proper format.
Prayer made is allowed. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
