JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Mahendra Dayal,J.
The petitioner who is landless, for agriculture after retirement/discharge from service time to time he was approaching to the authorities concerned. As per provision of Gram Sabha Mannual under Section 198(1) (Kha) it is provided that the petitioner is eligible for the same on priority basis. Subsequently petitioner preferred representation to the opposite parties but uptill date opposite parties are not taking any action in respect of granting the patta to the petitioner. Being aggrieved thereof, the instant writ petition has been filed.
It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has fulfilled the condition for grant of patta.
Accordingly, without entering into the merits of the case, the writ petition is finally disposed of with direction to the opposite parties to consider the representation of the petitioner for grant of patta in accordance with law.
