This petition has been filed for a direction for disposal of P.A. Case No.06 of 2017, within a time bound period.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find any good reason to issue a direction as prayed. Consequently, the petition is dismissed.
Liberty is granted to the petitioner to move an application for expeditious disposal of the case before the court below.
