Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel.
Counter affidavit and rejoinder affidavit have been exchanged in this matter.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in jail and is required to be taken to the court. He apprehends threat to his life enroute.
It would be only in the interest of security and justice that he may be provided a facility of video conferencing, in case adequate security is not available to accompany him to the court.
With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of as above.
Copy of the order may be given to Sri Nimai Dass learned standing counsel for information and necessary compliance free of charge.
