This writ petition is directed against the order of transfer dated 14.04.2018 as well as its consequential relieving order dated 06.06.2018, passed by respondent nos. 2 and 3 respectively. Petitioner by the said order has been transferred from Hathras to Allahabad Zone. It appears that petitioner has been allotted Chitrakoot as the district and he has already joined.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner's wife is suffering from heart ailment and, therefore, petitioner has represented for his adjustment at a place where he could conveniently attend to the medical needs of his wife. Submission is that, representation of petitioner be directed to be considered in accordance with law.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that grievance of petitioner shall be examined by the competent authority, in accordance with law.
In the facts and circumstances, noticed above, this writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to represent in the matter before respondent no.2, alongwith certified copy of this order, within two weeks from today, in respect of his grievance annexing all relevant materials in support of his claim. In case such a claim is raised, the same shall be examined by the authority concerned, in terms of the transfer policy and in accordance with law, by passing an appropriate order, within a further period of two months, thereafter.
