This application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to quash the summoning order dated 14.12.2005 and stay the further proceedings in Complaint Case No. 1363 of 2006, Under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act, Kanpur Nagar.
Record shows that this matter is pending since 2008 on account of interim order dated 18.9.2008 passed by this Court whereby the proceedings of the lower Court has also been stayed.
Application is dismissed for want of prosecution. Interim order stands vacated.
