Heard learned counsel for the parties.
During the pendency of the present writ petition the opposite party no.2 Sri Shambhu Dayal Jalota has died. Accordingly, the application for substitution as legal heirs, namely, Smt. Rukmani Devi (wife), Smt. Kanchan (daughter), Smt. Meenu (daughter), Babita (daughter), Manisha (daughter) and Pratibha (daughter) has been moved for substituting them as respondent nos.2A to 2F. Learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection in case the substitution application is allowed.
Accordingly, the substitution application is allowed. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to make necessary amendment in the memo of the writ petition within a period of one week. Issue notices to the newly added respondent nos.2A to 2F. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to take steps for service on the newly added respondent nos.2A to 2F within a week.
