It is represented on the side of the respondents that the detenu has been arrested and remanded to custody in connection with Crime No.302/2017, C-2 Sunguvarchathram Police Station and to that effect, a copy of the arrest memo has been filed, wherein, it is clearly stated that the detenu has been arrested in connection with Crime No.302/2017 registered under Sections 395 and 397 of IPC and Section 3[1] of TNPPDL Act.
3. Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, the relief sought in the petition has become infructuous.
4. In fine, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
