The petitioner is a widow of Late Laxmi Kant Shukla who is allottee of plot no. 568/1 Mamfordganj, Awas Yojna, Allahabad. The contention is that after his death, the petitioner applied for mutation, but no action has been taken by the Development Authority, even though, no objection affidavits on behalf of other heirs have already been filed.
Sri B.K.Ojha, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the Development Authority who submits that between 30 to 60 days, the Development Authority shall pass final orders with regard to the mutation as claimed by the petitioner and intimate it to the petitioner.
We, accordingly, disposed of the writ petition with the aforesaid statement given by the Development Authority directing the 2nd respondent to proceed forthwith and pass appropriate order within the aforesaid period and intimate the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner shall deposit all the requisite fee and complete any other formalities that may be required in this regard within the said period provided there is no other legal impediment.
