O R D E R When the case was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioners submitted that trial has already commenced before the trial court and two witnesses have already been examined.
2. In view of this submission, it is not appropriate to quash the proceedings at this stage. However, considering the fact that charge sheet was laid in the year 2011, it is necessary to direct the trial court to expedite the trial.
Accordingly, petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial court to take up the matter on day-today basis and conclude the trial within three months from the date of communication of this order.
