JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Ajai Kumar Srivastava-I,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl CSC for the State.
The result of the election in dispute has already been declared. The petitioner as against the cause raised in the present writ petition has a statutory remedy under Section 12-C of Panchayat Raj Act, 1947.
The petitioner may be well advised to avail the alternative remedy open to her under law. For the factual questions being involved in the matter, the writ petition cannot be entertained in exercise of writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
For the aforesaid reason, the writ petition is dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy available under law.
