1. This petition has been filed by the petitioners alleging that both the petitioners are major as per the date of birth mentioned in the Scholar Register of their first School attended. The petitioner no.1 Susheela Devi studies in Purvi Madhyamik Vidyalaya till Class VIIIth. A Marksheet of Class VIIIth of the petitioner no.1 shows that she was born on 11.07.1999 and the petitioner no.2 was born on 01.01.1997 as per Transfer Certificate issued from Ram Asrey Singh Inter College, Basti. They have married against their parents' wishes at Baba Bhadeshar Nath Daridiha, District Basti, on 13.12.2019.
2. They have solemnized marriage out of their own sweet will and the family members are harassing them.
3. This petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to approach the S.H.O., P.S. Gaur, District Basti, who shall extend all help and protection to the petitioners in terms of the Government Order dated 31.08.2019.
