1. Heard Sri Murali Manohar learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sudhakar Yadav learned counsel for the first informant and Sri Vikas Goswami learned A.G.A. for the State.
2. This anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant - Sushil Singh, seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 51 of 2016, under Sections -419, 420, 323, 506, 406 I.P.C., Police Station - Asothar, District - Fatehpur.
3. After advancing some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant may be permitted to withdraw the present application with liberty to apply for regular bail.
4. Accordingly the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to apply for regular bail, which application when filed may be considered on its own merits.
