JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Vedpal,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Advocate.
Under challenge in the instant writ petition is FIR relating to Case Crime No. 375 of 2010, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 504 and 506 IPC read with Section 3 (I) (X) SC/ST Act, police station Rupaidiha, District Bahraich. We have gone through the FIR, which discloses commission of cognizable offence, as such, the same cannot be quashed. However, considering the allegations levelled particularly against the petitioner in the FIR, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction that the petitioner, who is said to have got no concern with the same, shall not be arrested in the aforesaid case crime number unless and until cogent and reliable evidence comes forward against him, provided he cooperates with the investigation, which shall go on.
