Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned State Counsel.
In view of the proposed order, requirement of issuance of notice to the respondent nos.2 and 3 is hereby dispensed with.
By this petition a prayer has been made for issuing a direction to the Board of Revenue for expeditious disposal of the revision petition no.2290 (L.R)/2016, Ramakanti & another vs. Susheel Kumar and others.
For the said purpose, let appropriate application be moved before the Chairman/Member concerned of the Board of Revenue and in case any such application for expeditious disposal of the revision is moved, the same shall be considered and decision thereon shall be taken by the Chairman/Member concerned of the Board of Revenue in view of the pendency of the cases before it. The decision on the application to be preferred by the petitioner shall be taken within six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
