This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondents to register the petitioner's petition dated 04.03.2017.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.
3. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to work out his remedy as permissible in law.
