Consistently, there is no representation for the petitioner. When the matter was listed for hearing on 10.08.2017, there was no representation M.DURAISWAMY, J.
va for the petitioner and hence, the matter was adjourned by two weeks. Again, when the matter was listed on 07.09.2017, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption 'for dismissal' on 14.09.2017. When the matter is listed today (i.e.) 14.09.2017, today also there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Court has no other option, except to dismiss the Writ Petition for non-prosecution.
