Learned AGP Ms.V. S. Pathak waives service of rule on behalf of the respondent No.1.
By way of this application, the applicant seeks to amend the main petition by amending paragraph No.23 as per the amendment stated in the application and also seeks to produce the Notification dated 21.12.2012 issued by Education Department, Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar at Annexure J. Since there is no objection against proposed amendment and since the applicant is to rely on the notification at the time of hearing of the main matter, the application deserves to be allowed. Hence, the application is allowed. The prayer made in terms of paragraph No.3(A) is granted. Rule is made absolute accordingly.
