The plaintiff-applicant has approached this Court to expedite the suit of 2014.

This Court in exercise of its supervisory jurisdiction, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India declines to interfere at this stage.

The petition is accordingly dismissed. However, dismissal of the petition shall not preclude the applicant from making appropriate expedite application before the trial court.

No order as to costs.
