Ashok Bhushan, Ag.CJ Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader. 2. The petitioner filed this writ petition alleging police harassment and has prayed for a direction to the third respondent not to harass the petitioner.
3. Learned Government Pleader after obtaining instructions has submitted that a crime under section 406 IPC has been registered against the petitioner at Hill Palace Police Station. As crime has already been registered, we see no ground for any police harassment as alleged. The petitioner may co-operate with the investigation.
The writ petition is dismissed.
