Heard Shri Ajeet Kumar Baranwal, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Ashok Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the respondents.
The petitioner has represented before the respondent No.2, Secretary, U.P. Basic Education Board, Allahabad praying for his transfer from Siddharth Nagar to Sant Kabir Nagar on the ground that he is Assistant Teacher in Primary School at Siddharth Nagar and his wife is posted at Sant Kabir Nagar on the same post and she is suffering from gynaecological problems and is being treated at Lucknow. The parents of the petitioner are also residing with his wife, who are old.
The writ petition is finally disposed of directing the petitioner to make a fresh representation in support of his case annexing therewith the documents regarding the treatment of his wife and ailment of his parents. The Secretary, U.P. Basic Education Board, Allahabad shall consider and pass appropriate order, within four weeks from the date of receipt of such representation alongwith certified copy of this order.
