JUDGMENT / ORDER

The submission has been made by the office that Mr. M.B.Gandhi, whose name has been shown in the board as an advocate appearing for the opponents, has requested to delete his name since the papers have been handed over to his client. I have gone through the note filed by Mr.Gandhi.
In view of the said note dated 16.9.2012, the office is directed to delete the name of Mr. M.B.Gandhi and Ms. Rumi Gandhi from the board.
The office is also direc ted to issue fresh rule to the opponents returnable on 7.11.2012.
