Petitioner, the wife of a defaulter, has approached this Court challenging the attachment of movables in the residence of the defaulter on the ground that same belong to her. 2. If the petitioner has a case that the property belongs to her in a personal capacity, it is open for her to file necessary claim petition before the revenue authorities to substantiate the same and take over the property. This Court cannot adjudicate on such issues in this writ petition.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed reserving the right of the petitioner to approach the revenue authorities by filing appropriate claim petition, if her personal properties are attached.
