Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
The writ petition has been filed challenging an exparte interim order granted by the trial Court in a partition suit vide order dated 03.06.2019.
Since, the order impugned is an exparte interim order, the petitioner has the remedy of applying for its vacation. Instead of availing this remedy, the petitioner has rushed to this Court.
The writ petition is therefore, dismissed with the observation that the petitioner, in case so advised, may apply for vacation of an exparte interim order challenged by means of this writ petition.
