Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.
The petitioner claims to have been engaged as Cook at the residence of Chief Development Officer, Bhadohi and has worked till June, 2021.
It is alleged that respondent no.3 by telephone orally terminated the services of the petitioner on 11.06.2021. It is submitted that the petitioner had worked till June, 2021 and respondent- authority has not paid the salary of the petitioner from the month of March, 2021 to 11.06.2021 i.e. the date of the last working of the petitioner.
The grievance of the petitioner is that his services has been illegally dispensed with.
Learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submits that no useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending and appropriate direction may be issued to respondent no.3 to consider the grievance of the petitioner.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the case and with the consent of the parties, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the respondent no.3- Zila Yuva Kalyan & Pradeshik Vikas Dal Adhikari, Bhadohi alongwith a copy of this order downloaded from the official website of High Court, Allahabad duly certified by the leaned counsel for the petitioner, raising all his grievances within a period of two weeks from today. In case any such representation is filed by the petitioner, the respondent no.3 shall decide the same by reasoned and speaking order within a period of two months thereafter.
The writ petition is disposed of subject to the observations made above.
