The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition relates to payment of post-retiral dues. The petitioner retired from service on 31.3.2020.
The petitioner may submit a fresh representation before the District Inspector of Schools-Mirzapur who shall decide the said representation after hearing the petitioner and the Committee of Management of the Institution and shall take appropriate steps, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of filing of representation.
