Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
Pursuant to the order dated 21 June 2018, the Board constituted by this Court has submitted its opinion, which is taken on record and marked as (X). This Board has opined that the petitioner suffers from colour blindness and is therefore unfit.
Accordingly, bearing in mind the aforesaid report of the Board as well as the principles as laid down by the Division Bench of this Court in State of Uttar Pradesh & 2 Others Vs. Rahul, 2016(3) ADJ 327, this writ petition shall stand dismissed.
