By order dated 15.11.2017 in Writ A No. 53866 of 2017 filed by the applicant, a direction was issued to opposite party herein to decide the representation of the applicants by means of a reasoned and speaking order within a period of 3 months from the date of filing of representation alongwith certified copy of the order.
On matter being taken up today, an affidavit of compliance has been filed alongwith which, an order passed by opposite party on 28.05.2018 deciding the representation of the applicant has been brought on record.
Counsel for the applicant does not dispute that a decision has already been taken in compliance of order of the Writ Court.
In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to proceed further in the instant case. The contempt application stands disposed of accordingly.
