This is an application for correction of the order dated 28.1.2020.
A prayer has been made for correction of date appearing in second line of fourth paragraph of the order dated 28.1.2020.
Accordingly, correction application is allowed.
In place of '22.09.2019' as mentioned in second line of fourth paragraph, "22.08.2019" be read.
This order shall be treated as part of the order dated 28.1.2020.
Let the matter be placed before the appropriate Bench. It shall not be treated as tied up or part heard to this Bench.
