The only submission of Sri Krishna Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has applied for scrutiny of his answer-sheet in the prescribed form after depositing the requisite fee for the English paper of IV semester B.T.C. examination (Batch 2015) held in the year 2018. His only prayer is that the aforesaid application may be decided within a stipulated period of time.
Learned counsel for the respondents does not have any objection to the aforesaid prayer.
The matter is remitted back to the respondent No.3-Secretary, Examination Regulatory Authority, U.P. Allenganj, Prayagraj. A writ of mandamus is issued commanding the respondent No.3 to decide the application for scrutiny of the answer-sheet submitted by the petitioner within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order along with a fresh copy of the representation.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is finally disposed of.
