Called in revised. None appeared to press the writ petition. However, Sri Mahboob Ahmad, learned counsel for the respondents is present. In the circumstances, we ourselves have perused the record.
By means of the present writ petition, petitioner has sought following relief:
"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the effect and operationof the recovery citation dated 29.08.2012 passed by the Tehsildar, Tehsil Khalilabad, District Sant Kabir Nagar (Annexure No. 7 to this writ petition);
(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus the respondent no. 3 stay the effect and operation of the recovery citation dated 29.08.2012 issued by Tehsildar, Tehsil Khalilabad, District Sant Kabir Nagar (Annexure No. 7 to this writ petition)."
Having gone through the entire writ petition, we do not find any ground entitling the petitioner for grant of any of above reliefs. No interference, therefore, is called for.
Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
