The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in connection with Crime No.3 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police and quash the same.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that investigation in Crime No.3 of 2016 has been completed and charge sheet has been filed on 15.02.2017 before the learned Additional Mahila Court, Coimbatore against the petitioners.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
