This application is forwarded through jail. The applicant of present application is one of the co-accused along with the petitioner in Special Criminal Application No.2729 of 2012. It is submitted that actually the petitioner in said Special Criminal Application No.2729 of 2012 is the main accused and the applicant in present application i.e. Criminal Misc. Application No.15809 of 2012 is one of the co-accused persons. In both applications the request which is made is similar. In view of the fact that the hearing of Special Criminal Application No.2729 of 2012 is adjourned at the request of learned advocate for petitioner, the hearing of present application is also adjourned so that both matters can be heard together on the same date.
