Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
The writ petition has been filed seeking the following ground-
"A) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the respondent no.2/ Tehsildar (Judicial) Shahganj, Jaunpur to decide the mutation case no.06728 of 2018 (Computerized Case No.T201814360106728) (Suraswatti Vs. Ravindra) under Section 35 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending in the Court of Tehsildar (Judicial), Shahganj, Jaunpur expeditiously within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
It is stated that a mutation case sought to be expedited has been filed on 28.08.2018.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2, Tehsildar (Judicial) Shahganj, Jaunpur to endeavour to decide the mutation case of the petitioner aforesaid as expeditiously as possible.
