Having considered the application forwarded by the applicant through jail, so also considering the jail remarks sheet, it transpires that in the year 2010, the parole leave was granted so as to enable the applicant - convict to prefer appeal before the Hon'ble Apex Court and, thereafter also, on two occasions, furlough leave was granted. Hence, the application is dismissed.
