It is informed that Mr. Gupta, learned Advocate for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 has filed leave-note. On his behalf request for adjournment is made. The High Court Rules provide that leave-note will not be applicable. Even in the notes in the roster it is specifically and expressly observed that:
"Leave Note will not apply to Criminal Cases, Special Civil Applications and matters specially fixed for hearing or expedited by the order of the Court and matters on the daily Board.
However, as a last chance, proceedings are adjourned to tomorrow. If the learned counsel is not available to attend the proceedings, any alternative arrangement will be made. Any adjournment will not be granted on any ground including the ground of leave-note or sick-note. S.O. to 14th June 2012.
