Shri Ashok Trivedi, learned counsel for Caveator has handed over an order dated 3.7.2018 passed by District Panchayat Raj Officer, Farrukhabad, i.e., respondent No. 3, which is taken on record.
The present writ petition has been filed praying for a writ of mandamus directing the District Magistrate, District- Farrukhabad, i.e., respondent No. 2 to take appropriate decision regarding nomination of any member of Gram Panchayat to act as Gram Pradhan in place of the elected Gram Pradhan, who died on 20.5.2018.
A perusal of the order dated 3.7.2018 passed by District Panchayat Raj Officer, Farrukhabad, i.e., respondent No. 3 shows that one Shri Motilal has been nominated to act as Gram Pradhan in place of the elected Gram Pradhan.
In view of the order dated 3.7.2018 passed by District Panchayat Raj Officer, Farrukhabad, i.e., respondent No. 3, the writ petition has become infructuous and is dismissed as such.
