This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the court below to decide the Case No.2794 of 2009 (State vs. Surjeet Singh) arising out of Case Crime no.596 of 2009, under Section 3/7 E.C.Act, 1955 P.S. Kemri, District - Rampur, expeditiously.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AGA appearing for the State.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the concerned court below is directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously, preferably within a period of nine months fixing short dates, if there is no legal impediment. It is further directed that the parties shall cooperate in the proceeding and no unnecessary adjournment will be sought/granted.
With the above observations, the application stands disposed of.
