JUDGMENT / ORDER

Sri R. K. Sharma, Advocate has appeared on behalf of the opposite parties nos.2 to 5. He undertakes to file Vakalatnama on behalf of the opposite parties nos. 6 to 8, hence there is no need to issue notices to them. The opposite parties nos. 9 to 19 are the alleged sub-tenants, hence, issuance of notices to them is dispensed with.
Counter affidavit filed on behalf of opposite parties nos. 2 to 5 is taken on record.
