The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been preferred by the applicant to quash the cognizance order dated 12.09.2017 as well as charge sheet dated 30.07.2017 in Case No. 5362 of 2017 arising out of case crime no. 1488 of 2017 under Sections 323, 504, 506 IPC and Section 3(1)(b) SC/ST Act, Police Station- Rosa, District-Shahjahanpur pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Shahjahanpur.
In the light of the provisions of Section 14-A of SC/ST (Atrocities) 2015 reported in 2018 10 ADJ 634, the applicant is permitted to withdraw the present application with liberty to file an appropriate petition/appeal, if so advised.
This application filed under section 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as not pressed.
Let the certified copy of the impugned order filed along with the present application be returned back to the learned counsel for the applicant within fifteen days.
